Equity’s Response: No Known Outstanding Payments
For transparency, I have made available the Statement of Affairs for SG Productions Limited, dated 29 September 2015 and filed at Companies House.
This document records the company’s financial position at that time. It is a historical filing and does not confirm the subsequent outcome of the liabilities listed.
The original document is available below for anyone wishing to read it in full.
In an email dated 9 May 2024, Karrim Jalali, Equity’s Industrial Official for Live Performance, stated:
“There is no blacklist and I’m not aware of any members having any money outstanding.”
I am sharing this correspondence publicly so that anyone with questions can read Equity’s response directly and in its original context.
